Operation Coordinator Job Requirement
Job responsibilities include extensive customer service support i.e. freight quotes, transit time, service information. Job duties include the negotiation of rates, booking of ocean shipments with carriers and NVOCCs. Prepare billing information and issue client invoice.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year Ocean Ops experience is required.

Superior customer services skills, Excellent computer aptitude, Good working knowledge of world geography, Ability to work under pressure.
